Email Policy:
The Email Policy is designed to provide existing patients with the opportunity to seek wellness support or advice from Jennette Cable, ND, CCH, RSHom outside the telephone, telehealth, or office appointment. While patients are allowed one email exchange within 48 hours after an appointment, the Email Policy is intended to provide a venue to ask questions in between appointments. Please note that email support is only available to Existing Patients and may not be used for other family members or friends. An Existing Patient is defined as one who has enjoyed a Follow-Up Appointment within the calendar year. Please consider each email program below, and choose the one that best suits your needs.
How does it work?
6-Months of Email Contact: pre-payment of $300 via PayPal. This option provides existing patients an opportunity to receive non-emergency assistance and advice via email, throughout the 6-month period from the day of payment. A copy of the email exchanges will be placed in the case notes.

3-Months of Email Contact: pre-payment of $150 via PayPal. This option provides existing patients an opportunity to receive non-emergency assistance and advice via email, throughout the 3-month period from the day of payment. A copy of the email exchanges will be placed in the case notes.
—
Pay per Email Exchange: pre-payment of $25 via Pay Pal. This option provides patients an opportunity to receive non-emergency assistance and advice for an individual issue. A copy of the email exchanges will be placed in the case notes.

The Email Policy is intended for questions that require no more than 10 minutes of practitioner time to read and answer. Those who pay per email exchange that result in several back and forth emails will be charged $25 for the entire set of email exchanges, providing the sum of the exchanges are limited to 10 minutes. If you email and have not signed up for an email, you will receive a reply requesting that you go to the Pay per Email Exchange link before receiving professional assistance via email.
Patients who enjoy a telephone or in-office appointment receive one follow-up email exchange free of charge (within 48 hours after appointment) to help clarify issues that came up in the session.
If an email is received that requires a telephone consultation or in-office appointment to appropriately address the concern being raised, your payment will be applied to the appointment invoice.
What about long and/or frequent emails?
The Email Policy allows for exchanges that take no more than 10 minutes. Emails are answered during business hours Monday-Friday. (Emails are not checked outside of business hours.) If a long email is received, it will be read and placed in the case notes, but you will be requested to make a telephone or in-office appointment. Every individual is unique and responds differently to lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, season changes, supplement protocols, homeopathic remedies, and other agents. In-depth issues need follow-up appointments to be responsibly addressed. In summary, if your email is long, you likely need to schedule an appointment.
