Michel Shestak, NTP is a nutritional therapy practitioner certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association. She became a 21-Day Sugar Detox Certified Coach in 2015. Michel also holds HKC kettlebell instructor certification. She believes the foundation of health begins with nutrient-dense foods, natural movement, and developing a more primal lifestyle in our modern environment.
